Extra Point - Detroit CC held Holt to only 159 yards of total offense as they jumped out to an early 21-0 lead in the first half and never looked back. The Shamrocks dominated the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball, stopping the run on defense but not having the same problem themselves. Running Backs' Anthony Capatina and Niko Palazeti combined for almost 300 yards on the ground.

Extra Point - This will be the third meeting all-time for Holt and DCC. DCC defeated Holt in the 2007 Semi-Finals and in the 1995 title game, 24-0. Holt would love nothing more than to end the streak this Saturday and advance to the State Finals for the 2nd time in school history. Holt really opened some eyes last week after eliminating defending State Champ, Rockford, after losing to them earlier in the regular season. Detroit CC played in arguably the toughest conference in the state this year and went undefeated. DCC is one of 4 Catholic League Central teams playing in the Semi-Finals this weekend.
